Group Services
Group Services
Healing happens in community. Our group services provide a supportive environment where individuals can connect with others who share similar experiences, gain insight, develop coping skills, and build meaningful support networks.
Group Therapy
Group therapy is a structured therapeutic service led by a licensed professional counselor. Participants work on personal growth, emotional wellness, and mental health concerns while benefiting from the support and feedback of others.
Group therapy may help individuals:
- Improve communication and relationship skills
- Manage anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions
- Increase self-awareness and emotional regulation
- Develop healthy coping strategies
- Feel less isolated in their experiences
Groups are intentionally structured, may focus on specific topics or populations, and often require screening and enrollment prior to participation.
Facilitated by: Licensed and Skilled Professionals
Available to residents of TX, AZ, GA, NC, and VA.
Support Groups
Support groups provide a safe, welcoming space for individuals to connect with others facing similar life experiences. These groups focus on peer support, shared experiences, education, encouragement, and community building.
Support groups may help participants:
- Feel understood and supported
- Reduce feelings of isolation
- Learn from the experiences of others
- Share challenges and successes
- Build connections within a supportive community
Support groups are not psychotherapy and do not provide individualized mental health treatment. While facilitated by a licensed professional counselor, the primary focus is support, connection, and shared learning.
Facilitated by: Licensed and Skilled Professionals
Open to residents of TX, AZ, GA, NC, and VA.
