Our support groups are designed to reduce feelings of isolation, promote personal growth, and provide practical tools for navigating life’s challenges. While support groups are facilitated by a mental health professional, they are not a substitute for individual therapy or clinical treatment.

Group therapy can be an effective treatment option for individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, self-esteem issues, trauma-related symptoms, and other emotional challenges. Sessions are designed to help participants develop healthier coping strategies, improve emotional awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change.
