P.E.A.C.E Mental Health Services was founded in 2021 by Tiquana Hill, MA, LPC. I look forward to connecting with you and your
family. The vision of the company is to create a safe space for people of all colors, backgrounds and ethnicities to address and heal from difficulties and challenges faced in their lives. Due to the owner being apart of the LGBTQIA+ spectrum, there is a special emphasis and passion to create a safe space for that population in particular.

Tiquana Hill

Professional Counselor

My name is Tiquana Hill and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia with approximately 9 years of experience providing mental health services to adults, adolescents and children in a variety of settings. I have 3 years of outpatient therapy experience.I have experience with a variety of stressors including family issues, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, work-related issues, struggle to manage interpersonal relationships, PTSD/Trauma, lack of communication and several other behaviors that may impact your daily living. I understand the importance of empathy, respect, and appropriate communication to form any relationship.

My specialty areas include LGBTQIA+, Anxiety, Depression, Self-Esteem and Family Trauma. My treatment approach is Behavioral, I enjoy using CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectic Behavioral Therapy) and Client centered therapy style.
